1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fawatery, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the service for personal expense tracking only.
• Not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Not abuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

3. Subscription and Payment

Free trial. Every new account gets a 30-day free trial, once per account, with no card required. We send a reminder two days before it ends. Nothing is charged during the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends unless you choose a plan yourself.

Prices and renewal. Monthly is 200 EGP per month; quarterly is 450 EGP every three months; yearly is 1,600 EGP per year. Prices are in Egyptian pounds regardless of the currency you use inside the app. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the published price until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change, and it takes effect only at your next renewal.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the subscription page. Your subscription keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Cancelling does not delete your data. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancellation is done from Google Play's subscription settings.

Refunds. Amounts paid for a period already in progress are non-refundable except where Egyptian law requires otherwise, or where we are unable to provide the service for reasons of our own. If you subscribed through Google Play, Google's refund policy applies.

Failed payments. If a renewal fails, your subscription keeps working for three days while we retry the payment and notify you. After that period without payment, the paid features stop.

After a subscription ends. All your purchases and history remain saved, and you can still record purchases by hand and export your data. The paid features pause until you choose a plan.

Payment details. We do not store your card details. Payments are processed and card details are stored by the payment provider; all that reaches us is the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including data loss. We recommend exporting your data regularly.

5. Intellectual Property

All data you enter belongs to you. The software and design belong to the service provider.

6. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently erased.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by Egyptian law. If no amicable resolution is reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent Egyptian courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
