You can permanently delete your Fawatery account and all of your data at any time, either in the app or from the web dashboard.

1. How to delete

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open the Account & privacy page.
3. Choose Delete account at the foot of the page.
4. Confirm with your password, or with an explicit confirmation if you sign in with Google or Apple.

If you have forgotten your password, reset it from the password reset page and then complete the deletion.

2. What gets deleted

Everything belonging to your account is permanently removed, with no way to restore it:

• Purchases, line items and receipt images.
• Budgets and monthly income.
• Repeated purchases and their reminders.
• Notification subscriptions on all of your devices.
• Every sign-in method linked to the account: email, phone number, Google and Apple.

3. When it happens

Deletion is immediate. Your data is removed from the database the moment you confirm, and we keep no copy of it. We retain only an internal record that an account was deleted, which contains no personal data.

4. Keep a copy first

If you want to keep your data, export it to Excel from the account page before deleting. We cannot recover it for you afterwards.
